Educator Training
Inspired by the Lumiar Methodology, our training aims, in a theoretical and practical way, to expand the vision of teaching and learning processes, expand the pedagogical repertoire for the participants and their possibilities in educational practice, focusing on placing the student in the center of the teaching learning process
Special projects
Different contexts require different approaches. Whether working with education departments, public schools, community schools, CSOs, institutes or foundations, we seek to understand the local reality and its specific needs to build special, personalized projects that may include: continuing training, pedagogical advice and monitoring, implementation of Mosaico, workshops , lectures, hands-on workshops with students and educators and projects involving volunteers.
RESULTS
An overview of our contributions
Escola Municipal Antônio José Ramos (Santo Antônio do Pinhal/SP)
The first initiative with the public network was carried out in partnership with the municipality of Santo Antônio do Pinhal and support from Microsoft, to implement the Lumiar methodology within a rural school serving children aged 2 to 11. The partnership lasted 15 years.
Escola Aldeia Lumiar ( Porto Alegre)
Community School of basic education (fundamental I and II) that since its foundation in 2019 has used the Lumiar methodology in training more than 220 students served by the organization.
EMEIS Lumiar (Porto Alegre)
4 Municipal Early Childhood Education Schools in Porto Alegre that have been using the Lumiar methodology since 2020 through an agreement with the education department.
Escola Municipal João Durval (Passo de Camaragibe/AL)
Partnership with the Tamo Junto Institute that provided training, inspired by the Lumiar methodology, for educators at Escola Municipal João Durval during the year 2022.
ONG AME (São Paulo/SP)
Training inspired by the Lumiar methodology offered to educators from the ONG’s 4 customer service services.
EMEF Prof. Laerte Ramos de Carvalho (São Paulo/SP)
Training focused on active learning and integrated assessment offered to educators is a group of educators from elementary school I and II.
PECP Einstein (São Paulo/SP)
A partnership with the education center to expand the repertoire and improve pedagogical practices linked to literacy, literacy and logical mathematical thinking of social educators.
Escolas Rurais Ribas do Rio Pardo/MS
A partnership with the companies Arbo Florestal and Mantena Florestal to train educators in 4 rural areas. Initiative underway.
