Lumiar Porto Alegre was opened in 2017 and currently has elementary and high school classes. The school offers rooms with dynamic learning environments, as well as a recreational space, library and a multipurpose laboratory.
Regular activities are carried out in the morning and afternoon, with two days of reverse shifts.
For high school students, we offer professional guidance and quarterly internships, as well as support with issues related to Higher Education.

Lumiar, in line with its principles and purposes in the educational and civic formation of students, acknowledges its commitment and social responsibility in forming a diverse school community, reducing financial and social barriers to access a significant and transformative education.
Considering these aspects, scholarships at our school aim to allow the admission of children and young people who would not naturally have this opportunity, thus fostering an ethnically and socially diverse school community and contributing to the individual and collective development of students.
The selection process for scholarship grants starts annually in October. Its status (“open” or “closed”) can be checked in the box above.
Guardians must fill out the form that becomes available as soon as the process opens and wait for contact from the Lumiar team.
