We generate social impact by training educators, implementing the Lumiar methodology and the Mosaico Platform in public schools and CSOs that work with education.

LumiarMethodology
Through training and close monitoring, we share Lumiar’s methodology with public schools and civil society organizations that work with education, with the goal of expanding the pedagogical repertoire and improving the educators’ educational practices. Our methodology goes hand in hand with a curriculum composed of a content matrix and a skills and competencies matrix, and places the student at the center of the teaching-learning process, taking into account his or her interests, needs, and individuality. In this way, we contribute to the reduction of social inequalities in the scope of private vs. public education.
We do this in partnership with education departments, CSOs, and private companies that want to contribute to the reduction of social inequalities in the education scenario.
What we want
Qualify

The pedagogical work of the educational ecosystem with a focus on improving student learning.

The initial and continued training of education professionals, the pedagogical work methodology, and the production and analysis of academic data, in favor of learning improvement results.
To

Provide opportunities for experiences that broaden the repertoire of students during their training.

To offer a contextualized curriculum that has the student at the center of the process, with pedagogical tools for effective monitoring of learning and with clarity of the skills to be developed.
About Lumiar methodology
The methodology’s fundamental basis is composed of 6 pillars whose purpose is to promote student autonomy and competence development through the investigation of their knowledge, passions and interests, in a democratic and creative learning environment.

Mosaico
We offer the teaching-learning management tool used in our schools, accompanied by technological and pedagogical support, with the objective of enhancing the school day for children and young people and of contributing so that all the agents involved in this process can accompany the development of the students in a collaborative and democratic manner, thus helping to promote a significant and transformative education.
